Greg J. Homes will need a digital marketing specialist.
The scope of work will be marketing and social media. Greg J. Homes says…ee have various local community sites where we will post homes we have or will offer. We will utilize church bulletins. As a longtime Hastings builder, we offer various products from Villa homes to entry-level homes. So to develop awareness to what we offer as new homes and programs, such as reduced 30-year interest rates.
Creating content will be a duty. With that said, the student/graduate will have assistance in the creative end and through the guidance of the owners. We want to be creative, such as a conversation about new homes and the process. Try to dispel the negatives and show the pluses.
We are introducing a new development for Luxury Villas, and that will be an area to oversee for marketing.
The student/graduate will learn the inner workings of the home construction process from them and be a team member.
Key indicators of success will be the creation and implementation of marketing ads and the sites that were used to expose our homes to.
Currently, the organization only uses its website and word of mouth to promote its services.
You will find us to be a good group to work with. I believe this will be a positive work environment.
I anticipate a pay scale of approximately $20 to $25 per hour. Would anticipate a 40-hour work week, but we do have flexibility.
Home Design Interior Designer and Salesperson.
We have part-time or full time position. Home design is an established business in Hastings. It is primarily run by Kathy Haesly and Susan Jablonske. You would work with them, and they would provide support and training. You will not have out of the office duties. A knowledge of flooring, window blinds, and Cabinetry is important. These are areas we would provide training for.
I anticipatea pay scale of $20 to $25 per hour.
You will understand the achievements based on sales and interaction, and support of sales. It will take a 30-day period to become acclimated, and then a learning period of about 6 months to become knowledgeable about the various products and the interworking of a successful retail flooring store that also offers window treatments and cabinetry. You will also work with our new construction clients with the support of the Greg J. Homes staff, a family business.
