Digital Marketer for Small Business Marketer, Content Creator, Videographer, Writer & Messaging Guru

We’re a small, family-owned marketing business in Lakeville. We have a tight-knit team of 6.

We need a great digital marketer, creator, writer, and video content creator.

We help small businesses fulfill their sales potential.

We need someone who wants to be prolific with us, creating lots of content for our clients so they can maximize their sales potential.

2-4 days working in our home office here in Lakeville. Working remotely and wherever you need to be to work with our clients.

You’ll engage with customers & craft messaging.

  • You’ll write and craft content.
  • You’ll shoot video and photos.
  • You’ll edit video and photos.
  • You’ll create youtube videos
  • You’ll create social media posts and content
  • You’ll help film our clients.
  • You’ll create website copywriting
  • You’ll help photograph, video or gather content of our clients, then create content and post them.
  • You’ll be an integral part of our little team.
  • You will help us create writing, video, photography, graphics & websites for our customers.

What you need to bring to the organization:

  1. Able to engage and draw out of customers about their business.
  2. Able to engage and draw out of customers their Storybrand Brandscripting.
  3. Able to guide and draw out of business owners who often aren’t great at selling, messaging or marketing.
  4. Able to craft messaging, stories & writing for marketing.
  5. Able to write website copywriting.
  6. Able to write video scripts for YouTube videos about our client’s projects, their services, and more.
  7. Able to write advertising copy that sells.
  8. Able to write headings for ads.
  9. Able to write longer-form content for blogs, video essays, and YouTube.
  10. Able to create compelling marketing messaging along the story brand marketing structure.
  11. Able to create compelling video content: Scripting, recording audio, editing together, publishing in multi-formats and sizes for all sorts of uses.
  12. Able to shoot video & photos on location (not as vital)
  13. Able to edit and produce photography and video.
  14. Able to create graphics, ads, posts, and content in Figma or Illustrator or Photoshop.
  15. Able to create copywriting, stories, voiceovers, and everything needed for video ads, written ads, website pages, blog pages, YouTube videos, social media videos, etc.

Understands how to draw out a customer, write a script or marketing campaign, able to refine that along with customer expectations, able to produce it all the way through to a finalized video, able to collaborate with clients, a small internal team, and other editors/creatives.

Your client isn’t good at selling, but we’re MASTERFUL at selling online and creating videos, web pages, blog posts, YouTube videos, video ads, regular ads, and messaging that helps our clients sell more.

TYPES OF ASSIGNEMENTS:

  • Customer Project Content Package:
  • A customer of ours has completed a project, such as a landscaping outdoor living space.
  • We need to get videos, photos & aerial footage of the project.
  • We need to interview the client and create a masterful but concise walk-through story of the project.
  • We need to create a video essay script for a project walk-through.
  • We need to record the script ourselves, and then create a 2-5 minute YouTube video.
  • We need to write short and piffy advertising copy, use the visuals, and create video ads, image based ads in Figma/Illustrator, and deploy them into active facebook ads.
  • Deploy the Video, Images & Messaging About the Project To:
  • A Youtube Video Essay / Behind the Scenes.
  • Short Form Video Facebook & Instagram Video Ads
  • A Long Form Blog Post
  • Epic Short Form “Banger” videos
  • Social media posts about the project
  • Post to Google Business & Website “Portfolio”
  • Write and create a short, concise, SEO-friendly writeup of the project on the website.
  • Schedule 15 social media posts showcasing the project.

CUSTOMER ADVERTISING PACKAGE:

You’ll need to engage with a new customer along with Rob, to draw out their value propostion and create a “Storybrand” based set of writing, messagings, ads and scripts.

You’ll be able to engage with a client, gather what you can, and be able to create ads, website copy, video scripts, video ads, image based ads, social media posts and video content, because you’re a creator!

You’ll meet with the client for 90 minutes through Google Meetings.

You’ll draw out of them everything you need to know about their prospective clients, their process, all about the service they’re selling, what benefits they’ll deliver that’s unique, what the stakes are, what the client should do to take action, and more.

You lead or facilitate a branded photography and video shot.

You write 10 short video ad scripts, record them, or queue them up for a voice talent to record (honestly, you’re going to record them in the Feedbackwrench studio)

You write the headings for the image-based ads, then bring them into Figma and design some amazing little ads (or collaborate with our editors and designers)

You’ll ensure we have super-relatable, high-converting advertising images and videos, along with written copy, that we can deploy in facebook ads, instagram ads, social media ads, social media posts, website pages, blog posts, and video essays (longer form video).

WEBSITE COPYWRITING PACKAGE

We get a new contractor, builder, or accountant.

You’ll engage with them to help answer our brandscripting guide, which helps us create the website copy for the storybrand marketing.

You’ll be able to write messaging and marketing, along the storybrand marketing wireframe architecture.

  • The Process of Getting Started
  • The long story of how they transform a customer.

You will then help us write website copy for our customer, along with their video ads, image ads, social media posts, and so forth.

Social Media Posting Project:

We have a retainer client, and you’ll take the messaging we’ve accumulated, along with images, videos and graphics, and help create amazing social media content.

You’ll take that content and publish it in our Later Social Media Program.
