KARE 11 seeks a Sales Coordinator to join the number one local media sales team in the Twin Cities. In this position you will be working with both the Television and Digital sales at KARE 11, and will be a key player in supporting our elite team of sales executives. This entry level position offers exposure to all aspects of the sales process in a fast-paced environment that combines both creative and business skills. Top candidates will demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate across departments, and adhere to deadlines. In-depth knowledge and experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word are required. If you are customer focused, have strong interpersonal skills, we want you to pursue a career at KARE 11.


• Work with Account Executives to produce customized client presentations using PowerPoint or other presentation software.

• Assist the Director of Audience Insights / Research and Account Executives in formulating data for sales presentations and other regular reporting.

• Work with Sales Management on building and rolling out Non-Traditional station revenue projects.

• Become an expert in mining resources and providing sales leads for prospecting new business.

• Input Tegna National Sales orders into Wide Orbit traffic system

• Assist Major Accounts Manager with Political reconciliation

• Assist with maintenance of ongoing client relationships
