• National Preparedness Month

  In the wake of hurricanes Harvey and Irma, it’s appropriate to remember that September is National Preparedness Month. You can’t always predict when an emergency will happen, but you can prepare. Dr. Ali Khan of the CDC says, “If you are generally well equipped to deal with a zombie apocalypse you will be prepared for a hurricane, pandemic, earthquake, or terrorist attack.” Be informed, make a plan, and build a kit with information from these sites:
