May is Mental Health Month. According to SAMHSA, 1 out of 5 American adults experienced some form of mental illness in 2010. This year, Mental Health America is encouraging people to take the #4Mind4Body Challenge and make small changes – both physical and mental – to improve overall health and wellbeing.
