Make college work for you

If you want to move up in your current job or make a change, the administrative programs at Dakota County Technical College may be the right fit. These programs are designed for adults who need maximum flexibility.

Choose from one of three areas: Administrative Support, Legal Administrative Assistant, or Medical Administrative Specialist.

Online on your schedule

You can complete your education entirely online on your schedule. The classes are “asynchronous,” meaning that class information is available online at any time of day or night. You don’t have to be in front of a computer at a specific time.

If a student does want an on-campus experience as part of their education, there are general education courses that can be taken on campus.

You can take classes one or two at a time or enroll full-time. You can start Fall or Spring semester. If you want to earn a diploma or A.A.S. degree, get a head start by taking a summer course, like English or Communications.
