Get to know Minnesota State with a visit to one or more of the state’s colleges and universities during Minnesota State Week, Monday, June 23, through Friday, June 27, 2025. This is a great time to explore the 33 colleges and universities that make up Minnesota State. You can apply for FREE to one or more of the 26 colleges and seven state universities at any time during the week—it’s a great way to save a few bucks and get started on your journey to your dream career.
And remember, there is no essay required to apply to any of the colleges and universities of Minnesota State. All Minnesota State colleges and universities, including Dakota County Technical College (DCTC), are waiving their application fee for the week of June 23–27, 2025.
