Professional Clothing Drive accepting donations
The Career and Transfer Resource Center at Dakota County Technical College has opened a Professional Clothes Closet for DCTC students and graduates seeking a gently-used outfit for a job interview or new job.
Located in Room 2-105 on the college’s campus in Rosemount, Minnesota, the Professional Clothes Closet has quality clothing available at no cost to eligible students and graduates.
Set up an appointment to ‘shop’ the closet by emailing:

Aria Kronebusch, the college’s Career and Transfer Resource Center director, reported that appointments are important so that staff can keep track of outgoing apparel to know what type of outfits they should be looking to replace.
“Students can either keep the clothes or return them when they’re no longer needed,” Aria said. “We have a wide variety of professional clothes in different sizes, including a lot of plus-size items. We’ve got scrubs, shoes, purses, belts—and we continue to add new things.”
Aria added that the Professional Clothes Closet could use more traditional men’s clothing. The closet is organized by type and size, not by gender. You can help expand the closet by donating to an ongoing Professional Clothing Drive.
