November 15 thru November 18, 2021 • In-person and Zoom workshop sessions
Dakota County Technical College is hosting National Career Development Week Monday, November 15, thru Thursday, November 18, 2021. The week-long event will be held in conjunction with National Career Development Month, which was established by the National Career Development Agency (NCDA).
According to the NCDA: “The month long awareness campaign encourages career development professionals to celebrate career development. The NCDA provides professional development, publications, standards, and advocacy to practitioners and educators who inspire and empower individuals to achieve their career and life goals.”
Zoom and in-person workshop sessions will cover resume writing, job interviews, resume reviews, and other career development topics. The college’s Career and Transfer Resource Center can assist with job and internship searches, career exploration and assessments, career readiness skills, transfer to other institutions, and more. We look forward to supporting our employers and community partners.
