FREE Webinar Friday, February 26, 2021 8 a.m. – 10 a.m.

Student Life and SkillsUSA at Dakota County Technical College are sponsoring a Blue-Collar Leadership® & Teamwork webinar from 8 a.m. – 10 a.m. Friday, February 26, 2021. Open to the public and presented by Mack and Ria Story, leadership speakers/trainers and authors of 24 books, the FREE webinar will provide simple, yet powerful tips for individuals who want to increase their influence and make a high impact in blue-collar (and white-collar) fields.

In today’s high-stakes game of business, your competitive advantage is intentionally developing 360° of authentic, character-based influence regardless of position, title, rank or years of service.

To achieve a high degree of success, don’t focus on becoming more successful. Focus on becoming more valuable. Because, as Peyton Manning said, “The most valuable player is the one who makes the most players valuable.”

When you value, adopt and model high-impact character traits, you will always create not only a personal and professional advantage for yourself, but also a competitive advantage for your team and organization.
