The Dakota County Technical College Lions Club donated $300.00 to Can-Do-Canines March 30th. For the 3rd consecutive year DCTC held a seminar to inform the students, faculty, and staff of the importance of Can-Do-Canines and their abilities. Each year a speaker brings their companion with them to talk about how the process works and how to obtain a disability companion. This year DCTC alum Christine LaMott accepted the check.
Can-Do-Canines has been training dogs since 1989 with a facility located in New Hope, Minnesota. Since its inception, Can-Do-Canines has graduated 475 assistance dogs.
