Automotive Technology instructors will use the 2007 Nissan Altima as a teaching tool
The Luther Automotive Group donated a 2007 Nissan Altima to the Dakota County College Automotive Technology Program. The vehicle will be used to show students how to properly diagnose and repair the systems on the vehicle.
The Altima, which came from the Inver Grove Nissan Kia, is the second vehicle donation by Luther in the past two year. The Luther group previously donated a 2011 Volkswagen Jetta. Automotive Technology Program Instructor Matt Boudinot said both vehicles were makes that the program was short on.
“The Luther group has repeatedly stepped up when our program is in need of support by being on our advisory committee, donating their staff for special events, and donating equipment needed to train our students,” said Boudinot.
