Beta Theta Tau has adopted three local families through Armful of Love.
DCTC’s chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, Beta Theta Tau, is hoping to bring joy and happiness to each and everyone of their adopted families this Holiday season. With your help, they can do it!
Please stop by the giant snowman, the giant penguin or giant gingerbread man located in the Student Life Center. Pick a tag with an item you wish to purchase and return the unwrapped gift(s) and tag to the correct Armful of Love box in Student Life. Beta Theta Tau will be collecting items through noon Wednesday, Dec. 7th.
If you would like to contribute but don’t have time to shop, donate as little as $1 and Beta Theta Tau will do the shopping for you! Bring cash to Laura McGlauchlen in the Student Life Center.
Armful of Love is a volunteer organization that matches families in need with donors to turn the holiday season into a time for the community to connect with families through gifts, toys and hope. It also provides resources to families in need that help pave a way to self-sustained success. Last year, over 225 volunteers and volunteer groups have contributed nearly 3,000 hours in two months to bring holiday joy to more than 1,300 families in need.
Beta Theta Tau thanks all of your for your giving spirit toward community members in Dakota County this Holiday season.
