Lee personalizes education in real ways students can take home and put to use immediately. She mentors students and champions their dreams. Following graduation, Lee’s students continue as part of a growing network of hospitality professionals dedicated to sharing resources and ideas.
“Working with students is the best part of my job as a DCTC instructor,” says Lee. “It is an honor to be a part of each student’s journey. Mentoring is its own reward and the relationships that form at DCTC are just one of the many benefits.”
