Heidi Bailly and her NKOTBSB tickets
Heidi Bailly, a student in the DCTC Photography program and a former U.S. Marine, won a drawing that got her two tickets to the New Kids on the Block and Backstreet Boys concert July 15, 2011, at Target Center in Minneapolis. On a related and pleasant note, Heidi also proved victorious back in May 2010, winning In It to Win, a competition at DCTC based on the NBC game show Minute to Win It.
