U.S Women's National Volleyball Team (won silver medal) during 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing

DCTC Blue Knights women’s volleyball opens its first season in 2011. Practice begins mid-August for a 30-game schedule. The team will compete as an independent at the NJCAA Division II level. New Head Coach Ben Stroud, the College of Southern Idaho legend with eight NJCAA DI national titles, is calling for recruits for his new team. Women with at least three years of college eligibility can tryout to play volleyball for DCTC.
