Personal Trainer Brian Waldo talks about building a healthful lifestyle
Brian Waldo, a personal trainer and DCTC Exercise and Sport Science instructor, is giving a Healthy Living Presentation Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2011, at 11 a.m. in the Student Life Center on the college’s main campus in Rosemount, Minn. Waldo will explain how to make the most of exercise and a health-conscious lifestyle.
With almost 20 years of experience in the health and fitness field, Brian Waldo brings a solid industry perspective to the classes he teaches. Waldo also manages his own consulting business, Optimal Health & Performance.
