Eight student-athletes make First Team with 3.5 GPAs or higher
Eleven Blue Knights soccer players from both the men and women’s teams received the NJCAA Region XI All-Region Academic Award in conjunction with fall semester 2010 at Dakota County Technical College. Players are awarded First Team honors by achieving a grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale. Second Team honors are awarded to players with GPA scores topping 3.0.
“Academic excellence is always our first priority,” said Head Coach Cam Stoltz. “We are doing our best work as coaches and educators when our athletes are hitting the books as hard as they are competing in sports.”
