It’s boot camp without the yelling
This summer Sara Woodward, the head instructor of the Exercise and Sport Science program, is running Fit Camp, which includes 12 sessions of fitness training for both adults and children.
“We will be running separate camps for the different age groups, but they’ll be in the same area so parents won’t be far from their kids,” said Woodward.

Fit Camp is fantastic fun and one of the most rewarding activities one can embark on and often leads to a lifelong love of fitness even for those who previously hated exercise or felt it wasn’t for them.
