DCTC Student Senate encourages students to attend their local caucuses

The DCTC Student Senate encourages all students to attend their local caucuses.
- Major political parties have caucuses at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2010
- No classes will be held at DCTC after 6 p.m. on that day
Click on following link on the Office of the Minnesota Secretary of State Web site to determine the time and location of the caucus for your precinct and political party:
“Precinct caucuses are meetings organized by Minnesota’s political parties to begin the process of selecting candidates for the 2010 election and policy positions to shape the party platform. Caucuses are held in locations across Minnesota, are open to the public, and participation is encouraged.”
