Hundreds of spectators filled the DCTC central commons and lined the second-floor balconies to watch 24 competitors battle to bolt down the greatest poundage in jumbolicious Big Blue Knight Burgers in 10 hungry minutes. Supplied with pitchers of drinking water and the coaching expertise of Rudy, the afternoon DJ on 93X, the game carnivores chowed down to the wire, but only three could join the bloated triad of top finishers.
