You are cordially invited to the inaugural DCTC Baseball Fall Friends and Family Day. We would like to invite you and your family to join us on Saturday, October 9th to be part of this event. The purpose of the event is to provide an opportunity for you to meet the 2005 Blue Knights baseball team and raise money for an assistant coach. It is also an opportunity to meet other parents, friends, and new Head Coach Tim Huber.
We will begin Saturday afternoon at Alimagnet Park in Burnsville. This will be the 2005 home field for the Blue Knights. The event will begin with a home run hitting contest at 1 p.m. followed by a 9-inning inter-squad game between the 2005 Blue Knights players. After the game will be a picnic for players and all those in attendance. Admission for the event is free of charge; we do ask for a $7 donation from each friend or family member (DCTC players meals are free) to cover the cost of the food.
We hope for large attendance at this event to cheer on the Blue Knights team. So bring a friend and come on out and watch some baseball. There will be new 2005 Blue Knights Baseball apparel on hand for you to purchase throughout the afternoon. Please call (651) 423-8549 and RSVP by Oct. 6 if you plan on eating at the picnic.
