A new month means a new guest speaker! This month, I’m like to introduce Nadi Bajda.

Nadi has been an Early Childhood Educator since 1985. She teaches in the Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) program in the Eden Prairie School District. Nadi received her Bachelors of Arts degree in Physical Education and Health at the University of Minnesota. She received her Early Childhood Degree at Crown College with her Masters of Education from Hamline College.

Nadi was honored with three nominations to the Teacher of the Year award. In the past, she has been a delegate to teachers’ union. She is currently also involved in teacher technology training for the Early Childhood Program. Nadi lives in Eden Prairie with her husband Tom and stays active with their 7 children and six grandchildren.

Nadi and I met at the UW-Stout Early Childhood Conference this past spring. I remember walking around the corner and seeing this colorful sign and was intrigued. Nadi had a very positive energy and a wonderful smile. We talked for quite a while about early childhood and her product, the Beeasel.
