Part-time NANNY – We are the parents of a fun-loving 3 year old boy (4 in July) with language and social delays (high-functioning autism).  We are looking for someone to work with him in our Maplewood home on Fridays from 12p-4pm starting in May.  Some prearranged weeks we would want you to stay until 8pm with him and his 2 older brothers (7 & 5) so mom and dad can have some time away.

The ideal candidate will be willing to establish a relationship with our son while gaining his parents’ trust.  We are looking for someone with energy and spontaneity, willing to engage him in play as much as possible.  We have a fenced back yard for outdoor play as weather permits.  He is a sweet, loving boy but needs patience and understanding as he works through his challenges.
