May’s guest speaker brings a critical topic to light – personal cell phone use on the job when with children. Are you addicted to your cell phone? Is it a distraction? What is Phantom Vibration Disorder? You won’t want to miss this engaging message! Tune in HERE.

Holly Elissa Bruno, MA, JD, is an author, international keynoter, radio host (BAMradionetwork.com), and “recovering” attorney. She is an expert on leadership, emotional intelligence, and managing legal risks in early childhood programs. Her 2012 book, What You Need to Lead: Emotional Intelligence in Practice is an NAEYC best seller.

I had the honor of meeting this month’s guest speaker one year ago at the Bammy Awards. After a wonderful awards ceremony, Ms. Bruno was so kind to invite me to dine with her and a few of her friends. The environment, food, and company made for an unforgettable evening! I’m very grateful that she’s our guest speaker for May. You can access her monthly radio show with the BAMradio link above.

  1. I would love to hear what your position is on personal cell phone use by teachers in the classroom.

    Thanks for listening.
