Each fall, the Language and Literature students participate in/lead a community event at the Hastings Library. They are responsible for planning the curriculum/activities, timeline, crafts, prizes, etc. for the sessions. This event is open to the community and has been well received for many years. The studetns lead two seperate sessions this year with a grand total of  60 children and 45 adults. Wow! The students enjoyed being able to put their newly learned skills to work 🙂
