It’s April but my question is how come it still feels SO COLD? Do you know what the weather was at this time last year? Brace yourself; You’re not going to believe this. The high on April 1st, 2010 was a whopping 81 degrees. The low was 50 degrees. Going back even further though (April 1st, 2009) the high was only 46 degrees.
