Summer and fall students that are ready (in their program sequence) may complete their Internship/Practicum. If you are at a center/program that we have not had students at previously, your director or the teacher that will be supervising you, will need to attend an info meeting at DCTC in April. Students also need to attend the info meeting.

The mandatory internship/practicum meeting date is April 11th from 6-7:30pm in the LAB.

It is critical that you and your staff member attend the meeting. We give them specific information about expectations for sites working with students. We have found that students meet with much more success when staff has attended this meeting.

In-service hours will be awarded to those staff attending. Please make sure that you provide us their full names and addresses so that information can be mailed to your program.
