Energetic: You must willing to play. Their son grows more active by the day.
Nurturing: You plan stimulating activities that help their son to grow and learn.
Proactive: Able to foresee needs and willingly pitch in without being asked.
Flexible: Willing to do some household chores and help with errands.
Non-smoker: Wife is allergic.
Dependable: You are able to arrive on time, every time.

Typical Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (some flexibility)

About the Walsh’s: They both work corporate jobs. The husband currently works full-time from an office in the home. They have one child and plan for more . As Christians, they expect the Nanny to respect and honor their morals and values and to reinforce them with their son.

Desired Start Date: October 7, 2009. Location: Lakeville, MN. Duration: Minimum of 3 months. Approximate Hours Per Week: 40. Travel Percentage: No Travel. Qualifications: Experienced child care worker with expereince beyond just babysitting. Completion of some college/child care certificate program a strong plus. Additional Information: Minimum of 3 month commitment required. References required. You may not bring your own children. Background and drug test will be required.
