Minnesota Core Competencies for Early Childhood Practitioners serve as a guide for practitioners to improve, measure, and demonstrate their work with children and families.

The Early Childhood Indicators of Progress (ECIPs)can be used to help parents develop new ways of viewing their child’s development. They can also provide teachers a common framework and language for use across programs.
