It’s important for us to eat breakfast to energize our bodies for the day. It doesn’t need to be fancy, expensive, or boring. I’d like to share a new healthy favorite of mine.
Please note: This recipe is per person.
Ingredients:
- 1 StrawberryMango Yogurt (6oz.)
- 1 Kiwi (Cut into slices, quartered)
- 1 Cup Kashi Heart to Heart Blueberry Flake and Cluster Oat Cereal
Scoop 1/2 of the yogurt into bottom of chosen glass/cup. Add 1/2 Kiwi fruit next. Next, add 1/2 of Kashi cereal. Repeat all. Enjoy!
