Beginning in Fall of 2018, DCTC Business and Management faculty re-designed our Human Resource (HR) program to model the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.  We did this to add value to our program by providing students the necessary Knowledge and skills to sit for the PHR exam.  The PHR certification is internationally recognized, and adds significantly to the students employability.  HRCI also has an Associate Professional in Human Resources (APHR) for individuals who have no HR experience but have completed an HR program.  Both exams are not included in tuition costs so the student would have to pay the application and exam fees.

The Human Resource Management Certificate program can be earned fully online, fully in the classroom or a combination of both.  The certificate can be earned in as little as one semester!  You can join this program in August, October, January, March or May.
