🐣The Great Egg Hunt!

Join us for an exciting outdoor egg hunt at the West Commons on Wednesday, April 1, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.!  We invite you to search for hidden treasures, though please keep in mind the festivities are weather permitting.

🧠 Autism Mythbusters

Put your knowledge to the test or discover something new this World Autism Day, Thursday, April 2, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Come enjoy some great food and compete for prizes while we celebrate neurodiversity together!

🧩 3rd Annual DCTC Puzzle Contest

Celebrate World Autism Day on Thursday, April 2, starting at 3 p.m. in the DCTC Commons with pizza, a puzzle swap, and casual puzzling! The main event kicks off at 4 p.m., where teams of 2–4 will race to complete a 300-piece puzzle for trophies and ultimate bragging rights.

🎓 Fall 2026 Scholarship Applications Open Soon

The DCTC Foundation is offering over 100 scholarship opportunities for the Fall 2026 semester, with most awards ranging from $500 to $1,000. Applications open on April 14, and you must submit yours by June 26, 2026, to be considered.

🐾 SCNAVTA Membership Meeting

Join us for our monthly SCNAVTA membership meeting on Thursday, April 2, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. We look forward to seeing all members there as we discuss our latest updates and upcoming initiatives!

🏫 DCTC Spring Open House

🎓 TRIO Scholarship Workshop

🌶️ 15th Annual Chili Cook-Off

Bring your appetite to the 15th Annual Chili Cook-Off on Thursday, April 23, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.! For just $4.00, join students, faculty, and community guests to sample a variety of delicious chilis and celebrate one of our favorite campus traditions.

🏃 Spring into Wellness Fun Run

Celebrate the culmination of the Wellness Challenge on Thursday, April 23, by meeting at the West Entrance at 3:45 p.m. for a 4 p.m. start! Whether you run, walk, bike, or skate, all are welcome to join this rain-or-shine event—just remember to bring your water bottle and sign up with your StarID before the race begins.

🎤 Spring Carnival & DCTC’s Got Talent

Get ready to showcase your skills at the “DCTC’s Got Talent” competition on Thursday, April 30, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the West Atrium! Whether you sing, dance, or have a unique craft to share, come compete for top-three prizes while enjoying a complimentary breakfast at this free event for all students.

🎓 TRIO Graduation Celebration

Join us in Dakota Room A on Tuesday, April 28, from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. to honor and celebrate our remarkable TRIO graduates! Graduating students will receive their official pins and stoles to wear during the commencement ceremony, so be sure to sign up now to reserve your spot.

🎖️ Military Graduation and Transfer Event

Celebrate the achievements of our current Reservists, Enlisted, and Veteran students on Monday, April 27, from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at DCTC! If you are graduating or transferring after Spring 2026, please check your student email for your invite and be sure to RSVP by the April 16 deadline.
