Anna Voight, Associate Director of Student Life and Chair of the Neurodiverse Employee Resource Group at DCTC, shared about her journey discovering she is Autistic at the age of 32 (Did you know? being diagnosed as an adult is common for Autistic women!).
Anna openly discussed the challenges she faces in employment, communication, and life outside of work. She also shared what she has learned about the unique strengths she brings to the workplace as a neurodivergent employee.
