Do you ever feel completely overloaded?
Like there is just too much to manage?
Ever had that experience where you know what you want or need to do but inevitably get caught up in something completely different?
You are not alone.
Join us Tuesday, September, 21, 2021, when author and speaker Mark Wallace will share 5 Steps to Better Control and Focus in a Chaotic Reality in four sessions throughout the day. These sessions will focus on an overview of why these experiences are so common in our current reality and preview a systematic approach to school, work and life that can help reduce stress, increase control and focus, and equip you to become the most effective version of yourself in all of your various roles.
