A new composting structure has been designed in a circular shape. Architects from Bakoko, a Japanese firm, call it a Comploo. It consists of tall black bins with 2 openings. One to insert the compost at the top, and one at the bottom to collect the dirt once the contents decompose.

Japanese tea gardens can benefit from the bins for a nice get-away from the chilly winter as well as provide dirt for the gardens. The heat created from the compost can heat the space 120 degrees Fahrenheit. There is a glass window above to produce a green house effect. The main issue that they are trying to resolve is the odor the compost process gives off. Once the problem is corrected, this sustainable design would be a wonderful compliment to many businesses, parks, and gardens.
