Former Blue Knight pitcher to play for Yellowjackets

Right-handed pitcher Jared Theis has accepted an offer to play baseball for the University of Wisconsin-Superior. A graduated of Pipestone High School, Theis pitched for the Blue Knights for two seasons, compiling a 2–3 record overall.

Located in Superior, Wis., UWS is considered the state’s leading liberal arts college. Yellowjackets baseball competes in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, or WIAC.
