Films On Demand now offers interactive transcripts for thousands of videos and will add more each month. From the announcement:

With interactive transcripts, users can:

• view the full text of the video and follow along as the video plays
• print the transcript
• click on any word in the transcript to jump to that exact point in the video and begin playing the selection
• search each transcript to locate every instance of a specific term in a video.
