Students from the Horticulture program’s Sustainable Food and Crop Production class critique design proposals for Valley Middle-School.  Working cooperatively with this real life client these students individual designs will be melded into a single plan that will be presented to Middle-School administration and students.  The outcome will be a multi-phase and multi-year plan that will turn an underused courtyard into a sustainable food demonstration garden.
