Circuit Training Spring Semester 2011
Improve your core strength, balance and stabilization while toning your muscles
Are you interested in group exercise sessions for spring semester? DCTC is once again offering circuit training, a type of high-intensity aerobics and resistance training designed to induce fat loss, muscle strength and cardiac fitness. One circuit involves completing all the prescribed exercises in a given training program.
If you are interested in participating, let Assistant Student Life Director Kari Peterson know by 4:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 14, 2011. A certain number of participants are needed to make the training a go. Times, dates and costs will be determined based on interest.
DCTC students, staff and faculty are eligible to participate.
