Here’s a neat idea from Learning Resources to assist children build independence. They allow you to quickly record 10 seconds of voice.  After you have introduced a new station, discuss the instructions for that space. Let the children help decide which instructions should be recorded.  Record the instructions while the kids are watching. Put each into the station bin and the kids can listen to the instructions over and over if needed. Thank you Mrs. Wills for this helpful idea!
