The Early Childhood Transition to Degree program allows individuals who have an associate’s degree in early childhood education to apply credits and field experience hours toward the requirements for a bachelor’s degree and Wisconsin early childhood teaching certification (Birth – Age 8).  For more information, visit our web site at:  http://www.uwrf.edu/ContinuingEducation/EarlyChildhoodDegreeCompletion.cfm

The application deadline for starting in Fall 2012 is July 1.

Additionally, in order to begin taking Early Childhood Education courses, all students are required to take the Praxis I exam and earn scores of at least 175 on the Reading section of the test, 174 in Writing, and 173 in Mathematics exam by July 1 for fall admission.  Information about the test, including where to take it and how to register is available at: http://www.ets.org/praxis/register.
