Each chapter in Child Life Beyond the Hospital is authored by one or more child life specialists with experience working in a particular setting outside of the traditional children hospital. Whether you are preparing to embark on a new career outside of the hospital, or merely keeping abreast of current trends in the field, Child Life Beyond the Hospital will prove an interesting read that documents the ongoing expansion of the child life profession into new practice arenas.
